Refund policy

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have the right to request photographs of the items to verify the damage or issue. 

We are not responsible for damages or issues that occur after the order is marked as 'delivered' by our shipping carrier. 

Non-returnable items
All sales are final. Candles that have been burned will be unable to be exchanged. 

Refunds
In the event a refund is needed and approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
